I have a surplus set of rear fastback seats that came out of a 67 fastback.
There is a local guy who needs seats for his 66 fastback, but I am unsure if mine will fit.
I know the fold down panels are the same from 66 to 70, but are the upholstered seat frames the same as well, or are they different widths for each model change?

This might be able to help.
Everyhing you could probably ever want to know about fold down rear seats.

I hvae used that site before and it is awesome, however he only focuses on the fold down components, ( panels ) and not the seats themselves.
That is why I am uncertain about the seats. I have seen the seat frames advertised on e-bay as fitting the same year range as the fold down components, ( 65 to 70 ), but unsure if the seat buns are different to widen the seat as the cars get bigger.
I guess he could use them if he strips them to the frame, but they are in good shape, so don't want to do that.
Anybody know for sure if they will drop in a 66 as is?
