Well, I think I can finally say I am "almost" done with my coupe, although I don't no if any car is ever "done"! I first and foremost have to say THANK YOU to all of you who contributed to my build. So many of you helped me with things I didn't know, or gave me ideas and suggestions on some of the crazy things I did to this car! It is so awesome to have this small community of Mustang enthusiasts to go to when needed. Big shout out to MUSTANG STEVE for providing this resource and for his help.
My neighbor kid took some pics of the finished product tonight. I can honesly say it turned out just as I had imagined it would. Is it perfect, no, but it isn't a trailer queen either! I built this car to DRIVE and it is a TON of fun!

Thanks Bob! Texas is a long haul from Minnesota and I don't think I'm ready to drive this car that far quite yet! Wish I had been ready for the MSBB that was in Illinois. If it ever gets closer, I will be there!

Seats are stock frames with the TMI Sport foam and seat covers, which I had custom made with the red panels and red stitchwork. The instrument cluster is a billet JME piece (which no longer exists) with Autometer Phantom Gauges. I had them change the black rings to silver. Rear end is an 8.8 with an eaton posi and 3:73 gears. Car has been mini tubbed and houses 315/35/17's on the rear. Rear Suspension is a Griggs Racing Watts link, front suspension is a Street or Track coil over system. This car handles like a go kart! Engine is a 393w built by my father, which produces 520 hp/520 ft lbs. Transmission is a G-Force T5.

I love it! Is that a tmi console? Your engine compartment is just look I'm going for. Ditching all chrome for black and silver.

Great car Kris, I saw it in person about a year ago and knew it was going to be something special. Unfortunatly, about 3 weeks after I stopped by to visit you, I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I never got a chance to stop by after that as the treatment program was pretty intense for a while. I have been following on the forum though, and the end result is very impressive. My treatment went well and I'm going to start working on my convert again. Congrats on a great build!....Mike Anderson
