Radiator Cap. Vented or Non Vented?

Which is best to use and why are they different?

 Vented if you have the regualr stock set-up. If you put an overflow tank then non. It sucks the water back into the rad after it starts to cool......instead of puking out like the non-vented with out an over flow.

Use an overflow tank, there a many different versions.
