Does anyone plan on submitting calendar pictures this year?

So far I have THREE.

I know you guys are like me and are waiting until the last possible minute so the deadline forces you to act, but...
If there is no interest in doing a calendar, we can move on to something else.

What are your plans?  Still waiting for that perfect day to get a picture?  Waiting until the car is all in one piece?  Out of Round-Tuits?

Re: Does anyone plan on submitting calendar pictures this year?

I was planning on it, but I've also been very busy at work and my son's soccer on the weekend. I should get a chance this Sunday if the weather is nice.

Re: Does anyone plan on submitting calendar pictures this year?

Sorry, I am not planning on submitting a photo this year.  The old horse is in the pasture more, so there have not been photo ops as in past years.  And I have used up all of my decent old photos over the years.  Maybe next year as I am considering some major work as a last hurrah.  Not sure exactly what all I will do, but decades of normal wear and tear need to be addressed as well as resussitating the engine that was installed in 1989!  (I can't believe it was that long ago.)

Re: Does anyone plan on submitting calendar pictures this year?

Yes!  I wasn't going to as the best photo I have is the one you took as JKB and I pulled  into the overlook parking lot...and it has people (sort of) in it.  Butt (TS&T), now that I see nobody else is sending any I figure one of my crappy pix may have a chance. So, I'll send one soon.

Re: Does anyone plan on submitting calendar pictures this year?

Sure would be a bad deal if the calendar didn’t happen this year. My family and friends look forward to receiving their annual copy, as do I.  This is a big job for Steve and when we wait until the last minute to submit photo’s it makes it  a difficult job for him. So, I encourage everyone to send in your photo’s so he can finish this in a timely  manner.  Doesn’t matter what your ride looks like......mine coupe looks like Johnny Cash’s Cadillac......multi-colored, in project mode but, that’s the pic I submitted.  Break out the camera and send in you photo’s so we can start voting....

Re: Does anyone plan on submitting calendar pictures this year?

Hope to have new shoes on the pony this weekend. The 235 45 17 rubbed on the left side with 7 inch torque THurst II so ordered 205 50 17 . Not totally finished  but close enough for a photo.

Re: Does anyone plan on submitting calendar pictures this year?

Steve,

I plan to submit both cars.  I have actually been sick with a bladder infection.  As soon as I can lift my head off the pillow, I will take some shots.

Just lean a mailbox against the hood and no one will notice she isn't smiling.

Yep, sal... You are probably right.  Al told me the other day he was leaving the alcohol alone on his new weight loss diet.  That stuff was keeping that bladder healthy all these years.  Lay off the booze for a few days and look at what happens.
He did say he will be taking some shots...  Not sure if that is photographs or liquid.

If we can get together enough "in the works" project car pictures, I might consider a calendar just for those.
