Can anyone show me how the speedo cable is routed from the tranny to the cluster on a 66 fastback? What hole in the firewall do I use?

Looking at my '65, the speedo cable appears to exit the toe panel (below the firewall) at about the 4/5 o'clock position to the right side of where the steering column exits.
