Weird my friend bolted on a 92 5.0 pump fine. He did say he opened up the bracket a little though this was on a 65.

That's weird I know a guy who bolted on in his 69 mustang. He used a 1992 5.0 power steering pump. He did say he had to modify his bracket slightly for the pump to fit in the bracket.
