I know that Day is a regular here and I hope I do not offend him by asking this question...
I'm trying to help my father-in-law choose a hydraulic clutch setup for his '66 coupe with T-5.
Day's kit definitely wins price-wise and I've always been impressed with his other products, but before I make up my mind I was hoping to hear from someone who had used the kit and could give me some first hand feedback.

thats a good kit. i'm using the same components, but made all the brackets here in-house. the only thing i did differently was made this bracket to attach the linkage between the pedal & master instead of making an offset rod.
i had a used firewall section to mock everything up on the bench first. pedal effort is nice, comparable to the feel of the cable setup on a stock fox body car.

I'm one post above you buddy in the same boat. Although I have a '88 5.0 HO in mine. I'm thinking of going w/ the mcleod setup. I've seen a couple of cheaper options but I've only heard good things and its all inclusive kit.

I think my father-in-law will probably go with Day's kit unless someone speaks up with problems... so far I've only heard good things.
I'd be willing to bet that Day would put together a complete kit for you if you sent him a private message.
Personally I'm running a z-bar with my T-5, but only because I changed from a 4 speed so I already had all of the z-bar components.

I'd give Day's kit a Thumbs up.
