Looking to remove mine before painting, hows it being held to the car? Nut and bolt? Just wanted to find out before i got in there.

You won't like the answer... Remove rear seat. Remove interior quarter panel. Remove (unless you are very good at reaching difficult fasteners) the window regulator mechanism. THEN you can get to the nuts holding it to the quarter panel skin.
Resist any urge to replace it with a shiny new reproduction when you reassemble. Only the originals fit worth a darn. I have seen some reproductions that were just a joke as far as fit.
