2016 Bash Statistics...

Proving once again that neither bad gas, plugged fuel lines, vapor-lock, rich mixture, eleven thousand foot passes, weak ignition coils, nor scarry roads will keep us from our Bash, sixty-four determined FYI Ford Forum members and 17 Mustangs made pilgrimage this year to Montrose Colorado.
With local attendees and vehicles we served about 120 BBQ lunches, and filled the park with nearly fifty classic and special interest vehicles.
I want to thank everyone who made the trip, you have made me a very happy host.  And extra thanks to Hornman, SteveG, and 6Sally6 who earn extra points for bringing special gifts of liquid fortification for this host.
I have to say that this has been one of the best experiences of my life.  Every thing just came together and worked as planned....how many times does that happen.  As soon as I can sift through the 22,472 photos that were taken by the various photogs in attendance, I'll post some pix.
Until then I have to say:  If you weren't there, you missed a another great, good time...so don't miss the next one.

BB

Thanks again, Bob.  Well planned and executed.  Enjoyed putting faces to names.  Seeing your car has rekindled the flame to get back to work on mine!

Sounds like a Great Bash BB!   My Daughter had her Dairy Queen Crowning this last weekend and had to be there.   Hoping when the kids are a out of high school might have some more free time to travel to some of these bashes.   Steve69

I could do Saline in a day, Fort Walton is three days at freeway speed  for me and is more than my old butt and nerves  can handle.

Re: 2016 Bash Statistics...

BB,

I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY THANK YOUR WIFE FIRST.  IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS THAT THE OLD SAYING IS TRUE: "BEHIND EVERY GOOD MAN IS A GOOD WOMAN".  You guys did an excellent job from start to finish.  A BIG KUDOS SHOUT OUT TO YOU AND YOUR ENTIRE SUPPORT STAFF.
Your back yard is fabulous.  This was truely a trip of a life time in a classic auto and a Bash to set the bar.
