Those are correct. The clutch pedal is longer and its static position is closer to the driver than the power brake pedal.

It appears your clutch pedal is bent a little and is not parallel across the top of the two pedals and the override spring mount points are a bit misaligned.  Those defects are easily corrected.

If they were mine I would re bend the clutch pedal (maybe a zig and a zag) with a torch...to make them perfect on the bottom....every Mustang I have seen has them uneven....jj  

I modified the clutch pedal in my '67 so the brake and clutch pedal were even.  I cut the pedal pad off, shortened the arm, built up a new mounting location with weld, then welded the pedal pad back on.  Here's the thing I found though, they don't stay perfectly even through the range of travel, so the adjusted height of the clutch pedal can alter it slightly because the clutch and brake pedals travel in different arcs.  So you are really only able to align them perfectly at a specific intersecting point of those two arcs.  But it will be considerably better than the factory offset, which is close to 1".  I believe I shortened my clutch pedal arm by 7/8".
