Battery Trunk Relocation Kit?

66 Mustang Coupe
5.0 HO, T5z

Anyone relocated their battery to the trunk?  Can you recommend a kit?  Any issues, opinions, complications?  I see lots of different generic kits for sale.

Since my engine is retro fit the battery is placed right where the intake tubing should go and needs to be moved.  My current setup has a rediculously long air intake tubing with several unnecessary bends.  I feel like reclocating the battery is 2 birds with one stone.

Re: Battery Trunk Relocation Kit?

A bunch of us have. Lotsa differet ways to do it. REALLY cleans up under the hood  and looks good in the trunk also. IF you have a new starter with built in solenoid you can eliminate that too when moving to the trunk.
