New 66 Mustang on the block

I noticed a 66 in the neighbor's drive down the court and he was out working on it yesterday so I had to stop and check it out.  It was someone else's project they got tired of. It is not currently running but it turns over with a ratchet.  The starter does not engage. Lots of PO electrical work (not properly done). The car looks real solid.  Good front frame rails and shock towers. The PO did torch holes through the shock towers to grease the UPAs.  What a shame. I will probably take some of my take off parts down to him and score some garage points.
