I have a 62 fairlane and do not know how to ground steering box so horn will work.I know the rag joint had a piece of copper that grounded the steering shaft to the boe ,mine is gone.Thank you for any help

how do you ground the steering box to the steering shaft?My horn does not work,I know that the early fords had a copper piece to ground the shaft to the box. It is a 1962 ford fairlane. thank you

Why not just make a wire loop to replace the missing copper part?
