Wiring

I need to run several wires through the firewall on the passenger side of a 65 coupe, where is the best place to drill a hole and get them in the car

Re: Wiring

Our 66 had a perfect little hole w/gommet way over to the left, near the headlight firewall connector.  It was for the windshield washer and would be perfect for add-on wires into the engine bay.  But then, your 65 may not have washers.

Re: Wiring

Behind the hood hinge, fairly high up should work. There is a lot of room above the heater. Be sure to deburr the hole, paint the bare metal, and install a good grommet.
