Will email, BB.  Thanks!  Your wheel started out red.  Had it been painted previously?  My wheel is red but I thought the plastic was red, through and through.

.....also do you have a picture of the 'cabinet clamps' that you used to pull the rim back together after you cut the 3 1/4" section out of it?

Pipe clamps..made with a piece of 3/4" gal. pipe and a screw-adjustable end and a movable stop on the other end.  Available at Home Depot and other fine tool emporiums.  I'll try to get a pic tomorrow.

If they are what I think you mean, I would call them 'pipe clamps' but a picture would be good.  Thanks!
