they are selling reconditioned exhaust manifolds and all sorts of original engine parts.the manifolds i ordered are said to be true 289 fomoco castings.tanked,magnifluxed, resurfaced,and painted.

Paint them with POR-15 for EXHAUST MANIFOLDS. Good stuff and it doesn't burn off..........keeps'em look'in good.

Invest in a good set of used or new reproduction 289 Hipo manifolds and never look back. (But if you have aluminum heads, you may need to clearance some of the head casting to get them to fit.)

I'm at a stage between saving enough $ to buy my complete exh. system (FPP AOD headers, etc.) and doing a first start/break in on my new motor/trans so I reused my stock manifolds. I have alum. heads now so I opened up the stock logs to match the head ports, I know it's not headers but hope that they'll breath a little better than stock. They'll be replaced with headers eventually anyway but it gave me somehting to tinker with too.
