As above looking for options,i'm loving driving the 66 fastback but With No Air i find myself not driving any longer distances due to it not having A/C
Im looking at exploring options.kits available prices,what to avoid etc,Im i Ontario Canada if anyone knows of a canadian kit

Don't think anyone in Canada makes a retrofit.
Classic and Vintage are the most popular of US made cold air kits.
I like the CAA that I have, very well engineered and functional, with a good customer support.
I am sure that Vintage owners feel the same about theirs.

Jimmy, since I love your car with its all original color and looks and original 289 instead of a later 5.0, i like to continue that theme of originality on your car. Just my opinion. Wouldn't think in Canada that you would use it that much... but... I vote for the stock looking underdash unit with an upgraded compressor for the R134a. i think the stock underdash unit requires a certain stock center console thats modified to make room for the ac evaporator, Not sure which center console you have or how easy it is to modify or change the console.
PS. I take your jacket with me each friday night to the local car show! Its a bit hot here is SC, but with the top down, at night, jacket is the perfect accessory. Proud to wear it. Thanks.
