So many things wrong with this.
As the article says, everyone is entitled to do with their property what they want. But we are also entitled to make opinions and judgement of people based on their actions.
And it is stereotyping on my part, but.... I can tell exactly what kind of woman that is and what she is like based on her picture.

I’m picturing the dealership sending it to the crusher, like in the movie Vacation, before the new car is even driven off the lot so the dealership can collect an environmental credit or a tax write-off.

Back in the old days I watched an older airplane fly in and the mechanic remove the prop and the next day the junk yard come out and cut it up and haul it off. It was made out of wood and in beautiful shape but he thought the wood was rotting away. There was nothing wrong with it. I'm hoping the couple got tired of an old car and took it to the dealer and got a fair trade in for it and the dealer is going to sell it to someone that will love it.

You would hope this is what happens. I keep thinking about this article and it just seems crazy in my world. His car was a GT and not a plain old coupe like mine. I hope he wasn't coerced into the trade.
REMEMBER!!! When posting a question about your Mustang or other Ford on this forum, BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to go on. |
