We have o-fish-ally renamed the Falcon project the "Bird of Prey". We made it run about five weeks ago and did some local test driving. Ironed out a couple of minor kinks, fought with a couple of stubborn PCMs, repaired a couple of wiring glitches (don't know how that could have happened), and it's ready for our local show day after tomorrow. The lady that own's it drove it to work yesterday so it's good to go. For some reason the clutch (MS cable) is a little stiff but not terrible and the brakes (MS booster and GT 12.5" discs) are very good...almost feel like they are over-boosted, but she's already accustomed to it and very happy.
I'll post some video just as soon as Gaba get's me trained up. For now you'll just have to take my word for it but it.
