Completed installing MustangSteve Power Brake and Cable Clutch Assy. I have adjustable Master Cylinder Push Rod. After adjusting the second time I have about 1" Brake Pedal before resistances. Is this correct
thanks

Do you mean you have an adjustable booster output shaft? There should be about 0.010” gap between the booster output shaft and the MC piston. Since that is kind of hard to measure, I find it easier to adjust the shaft TOO LONG so the MC rocks on the shaft. Then back off 1/2 turn at a time until the MC no longer rocks.
1” or more travel at the pedal can be the result of improperly adjusted rear brakes, whether drum or disc, or air in the system. A small amount of slack in the system is considered normal. It is better to have 1/2” of slack than to have dragging brakes.
