    Steel bumper vs. f'glass

    No pix, but I had some kid in a BMW run into my 67 cpe yesterday.  It wasn't a really hard hit, but it wasn't a love tap either.

    After picking a dozen pcs of fiberglass off the top of my bumper, I was sure my car was no worse for the wear.  The BMW, on the other hand will need a new grill piece on one side and some significant scratch repair.

    Gotta love the all steel construction sometimes.
