Suspension installed and power steering rebuilt. Mid eye rear and progresive rate front with shelby drop and one coil cut off. 14.5 in rear and 12 in the front. Cuting one coil droped it a full 2" a littel more than I was looking for .Also added Granada disk and tin man sub frame connectors.
Now working on floor pan replacement.I can not believe how good the floor pans looked from the bottom of the car , but noticed rust after cutting the end off thr front sub frame when installing the sub frame connectors. pulled the carpet and wire brushed the floor pans and ended up with pin holes in two pans and signifant rust in pass side front.

I always love pics that show TWO hammers. You know you are seriously working on a Mustang when you have two hammers at hand.

I was working really hard. It took three hammers to beat it into submission. I hope I don't break its spirit though.

And not ball pien hammers, mind you but, carpenters hammers, no less!
I guess that's for pulling the nails out of the floor BOARDS. ;-)
REMEMBER!!! When posting a question about your Mustang or other Ford on this forum, BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to go on. |
