1965, straight 6, 200, manual trans. There is a spring that goes from the clutch fork that I think is called the retracting spring. I think it is the 14 inch spring - is that correct (not really sure because the spring broke). I cannot remember where it hooks up - can anyone provide any info - I have looked at a lot of diagrams and no luck..

Check out this link that's got a picture of where it goes (scoll down and click on the thumbnail). Basically the other end secures to a hole in the engine craddle below the engine mount.
