a 1969 351Windsor engine water pump is same as a 66-69 289 or 302 water pump. Some 65 water pumps are totally different. 1970 or later water pumps have the outlet on the driver side.
If yours is a 65 engine, you need to know if it had the early style exposed impeller pump or the later closed back pump. They are two different animals.

I'm wondering if I should put anti sieze on all the bolt's before I install the water pump. 1968 289 stock engine with 351 Windsor water pump.

I use Antisieze on all bolts and I even use it on gaskets. Next time you have it apart the gasket pulls off cleanly. Not to nit pick but there is no apostrophe on plurals, only contractions or to show possession.
