Is the backup switch part of the neutral safety switch on the FMX? Or is it a separate piece? I can't tell from google search and frankly, I don't want to tear apart the top of my tranny to find out.
Either way, I have no reverse light signal to the reverse bulbs from my FMX.

It's a part on the shifter.

I know it's on the shifter, I just want to know if its part of the neutral safety switch itself or a separate piece that bolts on next to the neutral safety switch. I'm assuming it is part of the neutral safety switch because it's on an AT as opposed to a manual that wouldn't have an NSS. I just want to make sure.
