1968 T-code Coupe with a 302.  Nice car, no show stopper for sure, but I like it.

That's a lot of money and I'm not a fan of that wide body look.

For nearly a 1/2 mill ya think they coulda  done a better job. (it make me think of that abortion Mustang in the commercial)
yuke !
New-generation-thinking with 'fat-a$$ wimmen' as a model perhaps !
Maybe younger future millionaires see this as sexy !? (they should take a look at 60's models for sexy)

That is a definite pass for me. Keep the carbon fiber stuff for all the ricers and the very expensive sports cars. Besides, that over smoothed body looks like a plastic toy model. There is absolutely no substitute for the original. JMHO.

From the article:
"In addition to V-8 engines that ranged from 351 to 429 cubic inches in displacement, a four-speed manual transmission, 9-inch “Trac-Lok” rearend, and other mechanical bits that made the ’69 Mach 1 a beast in its heyday"
Wrong. The 429 was not available in the '69 Mach1. There was a '69 Boss 429 car and engine but no Mach1 with a 429 until '71.

Good call.  I seem to recall the 428 was the top dog, but also seem to recall seeing a 390 Mach 1 years ago.

Seems like the lifesize Lego Mustang would be much cheaper.

If multiple things can go wrong, the one that will go wrong will be the one that causes the most damage.

If it turns out anything like the renderings....UG. Ya can't improve on the perfection of the 69.

Or you could buy a real nice 69 Mach 1 for less than a 1/4 of the price that actually looks like a 69 Mach 1.

If this forum can't fix it, it isn't broke.
