Hi all I have been lurking on the site for awhile checking things out and decided to join in on the fun, I have purchased Steve's hinge kit and put it to use the next step is the 4 wheel disc brake kit. I have a 1970 Coupe that I have started as a restomod project and have more ideas than money at the moment but am happy to be building the car that I will cherish for many years to come.  If someone could help on posting pictures that would be great.

Welded in my strut rod brackets today and thought I would share some information if anyone was interested. I could not find any information as to the measurements or locating points for the original location points so I took measurements before disassembly. when all was said and done I see FORD was not that precise in making things symmetrical but have installed them where I thought they should be from my original measurements. I decided to make them 3-3/8 side to inner edge of hole, 6 1/2 front to edge of hole, and 20" edge to edge from bracket to bracket inner edge of hole 50 degree angle from support.

Glad you joined us.  Looks like a great project.

If you want, post those dimensions on the HOW TO page for future reference.

My neighbor sent some pictures of a 1967 fastback Mustang that a friend or relative has (I do not remember which) It appears to be a 1967 390ci auto car and I am looking at adding another project. Shoot me in the head!

Update on the build, I have all the front suspension on and awaiting the Eaton diff and the 3.80 gears. I had an issue with EXXON leak today. I am so furious I left that tub in a place it would spill!!!!
