Hey guys, while I got the borgeson conversion done on the 65, I went ahead and restored a Shelby steering wheel. My question is about the turn signal clearance. The turn signal is less than 1/2 inch away from the steering wheel. My hands hit it every time. Do the make a shorter ot offset turn signal lever?

My "youngster" as soo tall and had such long legs.... even with the bucket seat "jacked" all the way back....his knee kept bumping the turn sig lever.
He got a lever for accuatinga tilt steering wheel. It was about 3 inches long. Worked great for him.

I took one off one time, cut it shorter and rethreaded it. Woked great.
