Has anyione done this install yet on a vintage mustang?
What I was curious about is lines and banjo bolt sizes for the rear calipers.
Do I need adapters for the hoses?

The hoses have 10mm ISO metric bubble flares at the framerail ends. 10mm banjo bolts at the calipers. I just bought a set of those brakes for my F100, and they came with bolts and hoses. Purchased on ebay for around $150 for the set.
The latemodel hoses ran from the calipers up to the framerails. You can convert your hard lines to that configuration or modify them to attach to hardlines on your axle housing.
I tested a 17x8 Bullitt wheel on those brake and it cleared the brakes. (5.72” backspace)
