Bought this because it was different,
Its has a lot of customer work, chopper with a springer. Who ever did the fab didnt do the correct geometry on the front wheel. Its heavy, but it can be fixed. Never even tried to start it. it has good parts too.

I probably have enough parts to build another bike.  
frame, "amen" springer swing arm (rare)
mags, carbs, etc.

So help me help you on your new project...

Im the guy with the excessive pedal travel.
I decided to add disc to the rear and change over to the Fox body booster/ master you offer.
My question was on the proportion valve requirements.

It actually the opposite problem. I have damn near no pedal when running. Booster is pulling and holding the vacuum as it should.

Yes it returns 
It feels like dead space for lack of a better description
There is no resistance until you hit about 1" off the floor. Brakes work at that point but i have not tried a hard brake yet. I don't think i will have much stopping power.
Its almost like i have too much vacuum. 
I have a fox body set up also, i may try to install it this weekend and see if i get improvements.

There is a light drag when turning by hand

So the information i provided is wrong. I guess i received the wrong booster and master when i order from the local parts house.
Now that ive discovered this, ill assume this is my issue.

Thought there was some sort of trickery i was going to learn.
But yes all of the normal, common brain farts have been checked and re checked.
Im thinking (after some advice) brake pedal adjust rod may be the culprit. I will soon find out.

Reman 70' Disc brakes on front , rebuilt stock drums on back
Reman 70' Booster, master, and proportioning valve
MS pedal reposition kit .Everything replaced from the booster to rear brake hdw kits

three or four quarts of brake fluid, pedal pump brake bleed, vacuum brake bleed, gravity brake bleed.
Pedal is good and firm when not running. Start the car pedal drops 3 to 4 inches, stops about 1" from the floor with fair brake response.
