Start up squeal

I finally got around to fixing the occaisional squeal I got from a high amp alt with a single groove pulley.
 This might solve the problem.
Also a good chance to freshen up the polished alternator case with some Nevr-dull.

Nice!!
Everything I have with an aluminium finish will soon have a nice blotchy finish of white corrosion shortly after any sprucing, even stuff with anodising. Ain't humidity great??
I get so jealous of folks like Ron68 who don't have to deal with that.

If it ain't broke, I haven't modified it Yet

Never seen humidity like I seen along the gulf. Them live oaks we been parked under drip every night like it's raining. Guess PA humidity not as bad as we thought.

The O/E march pullies are clear powder coated, after a couple of years they still look good. I left this pulley natural.
Sometimes I spray polished aluminum with a clear acrylic but the stuff seems to dull the shine a bit. Usually a rub down with some type of metal polish makes  the uncoated parts presentable.
