On Craigslist for $3850. You won't have to worry about anyone parking next to you in this baby! I would rather rebuild one that looks like this than one that has wavy bondo and tons of shiny paint on it.

Man I wish I lived in Texas! You just can't find cars like that here on the east coast.

If it has that much rust on the outside, I'd hate to look underneath!

Yeah MS!! You can do it like Monkey Wrench Garage just, Beat him down to $2300, keep the "patina" by shooting clear paint on the car. I have an old set of Flo 40's you can use. Have the Viet Namese Lady make seatcovers with a Mexican Serape, Viola instant classic.
It might be kinda fun. Keep the outer shell with that "sunburned patina" and have a good running stroker drive train & comfortable interior. The rally wheels ain't a bad start at all.

I've seen that car. There is no "Underneath". No sheetmetal from where the firewall turns under to the back bumper. According to the guy selling it, "all it needs is a new floor pan." (And something to weld it to!)

The Fast n Loud guys would love it. First, don't ask about the floor not existing. That way they have an "Oh! No!" to talk about and bi#%h over. Then shoot it with clear and ask $30,000!

I would love to have a 66 with patina like that if it was 100% of the car. That one sports a red hood and colored LF fender. It would be begging for a clearcoat job. and a 427...

so I have to ask...is $ 3850 a good price for that mustang or did I miss the punch line? while we're on the subject of value....does a 76 cobra non-running 302 auto that is in pretty good shape have any value? I never see anyone doing anything with them..Neighbor has one for $1000 with no title

"Good Shape"=purdy much rust free, If it really is $1k isn't a bad deal at all. The cars are unusual enough to be fun. Then again I have a 73, so What do I know. Hehheh
