That's gotta be a blast. The instructor did an outstanding job.
Back in the mid 80s I was at Riverside Raceway for a kart race with 2 of my brothers. My older brother who had not raced at Riverside before, passed me at a good clip on his first lap of practice between turns 6 and 7. Before turn 7 there is a downhill where you can't see the turn too well until you're there. Especially in a roadrace kart. I knew he was going too fast to make the turn and then saw him spin out into the dirt. 🤣 It's you first lap dude, take it easy.

Yeah, driving the "ring" or "ing" is definitely on the list. It will be incorporated into my trip to Deutchland in the coming years.
