Went to their web site and checked it out. You can buy a new Mustang shell or buy a restored shell with vin# and title. Their suspension really looks nice but like everything on their web, price starts adding up fast. It would have to be for a high end build.

Depends on the state in which you live. 7 states have no emissions testing program. The remaining 43 may well all be different. The bright spot is that even in CA, the toughest state from an emissions testing point of view, has enacted legislation that allows the owner to decide if the car is emissions tested by the model year of the engine or the model year the chassis seeks to replicate.
I would advise anyone thinking of a kit car project to check with the local DMV before embarking on such a project.
