65 is coming right along......SO MUCH FOR ORIGINAL

Was non power drum front and back. Now it is power 4 wheel disc thanks to Mustangsteve S197 kit
Shelby drop and front suspension rebuild.
Bilstein Shocks front and Back.
Roller Spring perches from Glen and Daze
Rear suspension rebuild.
4 speed out and 5 speed in. with Mustangsteve pedals and cable clutch.
Tin man subframe connectors in.
Monte Carlo bar and export brace in.
1 inch sway bar installed.
Took the 14x6 wheels off.
Put my 16x7 wheels off my wrecked car on it. Here is a before and after shot.
GT rear valence installed.
Stock manifolds replaced with Hi-Po’s and new pipes all way out back flowmasters 40’s sounds good.
Tinted windows and put new carpet.
I installed some very bright LED tai lights  came with new lenses and they are so BRIGHT.

I need to roll the fenders as low as it is sitting it hits on dips in the road.

I was able to use original 65 spindles just had to mill the GT brackets down to fit my 16 inch wheels and milled the 2006 Mustang V-6 calipers down to fit th 16 inch wheels.
if I had 17 or bigger wheels it woud have been less work cause It would have required no milling or grinding and could have used GT calipers. These mods were only on front disc cause  the rear brackets and calipers are same on 2006 GT and V-6 Cars and the 16x7 fit because they are 2005-2006 Mustang v-6 wheels.

With the power steering and A/C in this car it is awesome. A/C will freeze your face off.
my old car did not have powersteering ,A/c or rear disc brakes.
It sits really low lots of thumbs up and waves riding thru town...THAT NEVER GETS OLD.

I have the LED tail lights by ClassicLEDs  https://www.classicleds.com/products67-68.html  I have the sequential version, but there is a switch on the control that allows you to use the sequential or standard lights setup. Been working and looking great for almost eight years.

Re: 65 is coming right along......SO MUCH FOR ORIGINAL

Question ?
Do you have any harmonics with the T5 swap ?

Reason I asked is I have 66 mustang, 8" rear with Reverse eye 4 1/2 leaf rear springs, 302/ T5Z.
Transmission output shaft at 3.8 degrees down. Shimmed rear axle to 4 degrees Pinion up. At 50 mph get a Harmonic, goes away around 55mph or so. I only have 1/8 spacing between Transmission and floor bracing, so can not raise trans tailshaft any higher.

I had the same problem and solved it the same way, except I used either a 2 deg shim or a 3 deg shim in the front of the spring hanger.  I'm not  sure about how the pinon angle is thus changed.. Spring is 4-leaf.

Unless my old brain has finished turning to Jello, you need to LOWER the transmission tail shaft....not raise it.  This might be accomplished by shimming the motor mounts a bit if you have enough hood clearance.  OR...you could reduce the angle on the axle.
Personnally, I'm doubting that .2 degrees difference is causing the problem but.....maybe.
