    20th Annual BASH hotel booking info

    FIRST
    Use the link above to reserve your rooms for Friday and Saturday night. 9/29/2023 and 9/30/2023. With checkout on 10/1/2023
    DO NOT BOOK THURSDAY NIGHT ON THE WEB PAGE OR YOU WILL PAY THE HIGHER RATE FOR THURSDAY.
    It will set you up with the rate of $249 per night plus tax for those two nights.  The link should direct you to a website set up for the MustangSteve Bash.

    SECOND
    If you are also staying THURSDAY NIGHT, 9/28/2023 you will need to call the hotel Sales Manager, Matilda Leijas, (830) 626-4700, ext 4713 and set that up separately to get the $159 rate. Their website will only allow booking where all days are same price, so this is required to get the special Thursday rate. Be sure to tell her you already have your Friday and Saturday nights booked at the MustangSteve rate so she can be sure you get three nights in a row scheduled in the same room.

    Please reserve as soon as you can. We have a block of 15 rooms that must be booked in order to secure the rates offered, with more available if needed.

    I hope everyone coming can get their reservations in as soon as possible.  We are not guaranteed the quoted rates until at least 15 rooms are booked.

    We are booked. It took about 3 weeks for us to get in touch with Matilda. We had to tell the receptionist that we've not heard for her, so she took her call and told us we were already in for Thursday. Matilda did finally call us after she got back back from a conference.

    Anybody else booked?  By my count we still have not met the 15 room minimum for price guarantee

    It's in the holiday inn family of hotels is WAY CHEAPER!!  I'm paying $145 a night WITH taxes.  Rooms have a kitchenette and they have fantastic breakfast... at least the ones I have stayed at in other states do, never stayed at this one.

    Its actually a leval above the Holiday inn.  These are actual suites kind of like little apartments.  Most have a living room area, beadromms, bathroom and a kitchen.

    Hey this bash mit work for us as a mini trip with the wifes Hip. Can I get the address of where it will be held. I can get Chose hotels with free cannulation. I found one place 2 miles from  New Braunfels, TX  

    Slammed Big Blue, ran over the varmints that messed with the Stang. Now all is good in the NW
