Needed a place to put the AFR gauge so i pulled the console to drill a hole and decided to reupholster it to match the seats. Just about ready to put it back in

Re: Wyaitt monster stopped by

Very nice, it will look like it came that way.

If this forum can't fix it, it isn't broke.

Re: Wyaitt monster stopped by

Looks good.
One suggestion, though. You might want to put a hidden on/off switch for that gauge. Digital A/FR gauges can become very annoying when driving at night with their constant rapidly changing lighted readout. You don’t need the gauge once you have the car dialed in and they put on quite the light show.
I mounted mine in the glove box pointing towards the driver so I can see it if I need to. Otherwise, out of sight.
Sure like your console.

Re: Wyaitt monster stopped by

Very nice work, Alan.  Just curious,  what kind of machine do you have.  I have a 1928 Singer 31-15, tailoring machine, that I've used to do a couple of interiors.  It's not as good as a walking foot but gets the job done.  Just one more aspect of the hobby that's also fun.

BB1 I have a Consew 206 RB-1
Really heavy duty. Put a servo motor and a speed reducer on it so i can control it. Can go 1 stitch at a time if i want to.

Re: Wyaitt monster stopped by

Finally got my console back in the car. Hooked all the wiring up,(mostly). Fired it up and checked to make sure all the gauges were working. It's raining out tonight, so i didn't go for a ride.
