AAW Wiring.

Santa arrived today with a box of wiring. Now, if he would send his elves to help me ---

Re: AAW Wiring.

When I did mine Rick, I completely stripped the interior, seats console carpet, kick panels etc.
At the time I also shot rattle can white semi gloss paint under the dash to make it easier to see under there.
Did you end up getting some wire crimpers?

Re: AAW Wiring.

Yes, I purchased the AAW crimpers a couple of weeks ago. I'm going to wait at least a month - maybe more - before I start on the wiring project. It is just too hot down here right now. That will give me a chance to do some homework and get organized before I start. I also plan to strip everything out of the car before I start. Should be a fun project, perhaps with some frustration mixed in but fun nonetheless.

Re: AAW Wiring.

In getting organized, consider Rudi's suggestion and use white paint under the dash, it will really help being able to see under there ... wish I had done that when I had the car cleaned out.

Yes, the paint thing sounds like a great idea. I'll certainly give that a try.

Re: AAW Wiring.

Great , although I did this when I rewired,  it was not my idea, got it from MS web site.
