I am making real progress on my DIY 5.8 EFI upper

This is coming together really well!!  At this point the hardest part is likely going to be the custom air cleaner which really won't be that hard, I will just need to make something from scratch.

I just wanted to mention, you can take the cap and spacer off the duraspark distributer and run the small cap and rotor.


If multiple things can go wrong, the one that will go wrong will be the one that causes the most damage.

1968 T-code Coupe with a 302.  Nice car, no show stopper for sure, but I like it.

Project is on a small pause.  the 5" X 1.25" piece of aluminum on the bottom would require a lot of material removed to make it look good (even though I already drilled the 6 mounting holes)  so I ordered a 3.75" X 1.25" piece of aluminum and after it arrives I can dive back into the project.
