    Looks to me like some low rider is wanting to sell the stands he made to show off the bottom of his car. There should also be some mirrors and lights to go along with those stands.........

    I do have a very nice set of chrome plated jackstands I have owned for years. But somehow they missed out on the engraving.

    I'd guess for 'show' cars displayed at high level car shows (?)
