    Fix my turn canceling on the Flaming River column.

    I had to grind down the bottom to get a consistent horn.  I would only have a horn in certain positions of the steering wheel.   Once I ground the base down I had good horn contact but lost the nubs to the cancelation part of it.  I drilled two holes where the nubs are supposed to be and cut two drill bits and got a slight press fit and glued them.  Happy to say my turn signals cancel like they should now.
