Per my previous post, the 347 suffered catastrophic failure and a 363 is going into the 66 with a manual transmission. The engine on order is Ford Performance m-6007-Z2363FT. Should note, first gear ratio 2.95, ring and pinion 3.55, 13 pound flywheel, and lightweight pressure plate.

I sent my engine and drive train specs to ATM and had them build a custom carb for my engine.

Milling the carb pad down may negate any gain from the Super Victor. High power engines seem to thrive on plenum volume (why most make 10-20 more HP with a carb spacer). I'd talk to the folks at Wilson manifolds.
Carb wise, I'm with RTM. I'd talk to folks who know more than I do.
