Sherry wanted it... I'll put up with it for a while... Now I have to go find a boat shop, and a storage place that will have it at the dock ready to go whenever I am ready.

My first thought was , Hmmmm, a shade tree in a pick up box!
I never figgered there was enough water in Texas to float a boat.

That retirement thing doesn't look all bad.
Looks like a lot of fun, enjoy. Is there a 427 in its future.

Quick - sell it now! I can hear the money being sucked out of your wallet from here! (coming from he who has a 26 ft Bayliner) Oh well, have fun and enjoy your new toy - gonna use it to water ski and cruise, or for fishing?

boomyal, your boating scenery is sure nicer than the TX views. Thanks for the minimal maintenance comment. It probably has more to do with how you take care of it as to longevity. This one has a fuel injected Chevy V8 and mercruiser outdrive. I would think that would be pretty reliable.

Oh well, my Bayliner has a Chevy 305 with a Rochester Quadrajet carb and a Volvo outdrive. It also has a Chevy one wire alternator and a Prestolite distributor - with points.... I am looking at putting in a Pertronix ignition system in so I can say that I have "electronic ignition".

Trying to think of a boat name that has Mustang in it somehow. Aggie Anchor is just too hard for some people to "get it".

REMEMBER!!! When posting a question about your Mustang or other Ford on this forum, BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to go on. |
