LCsteve if it was the HG wont i have low compression on cylinders? When i did the comp check i got good reading on all cylinders. Also the leakage test was good.

The head gasket would only be blown on that cylinder not the others. Compression might be adequate too. What is happening is that suction as the piston goes down will suck the oil in. Same as with valve guides, but you can't get that level of oil in the cylinder just thru a valve guide.
