3 of the lights the springs weren't even connected. Looks like its a PIA to get the bucket in headlamp and try to get the spring on too. Thanks Steve69

It's easier than it looks or sounds. Set the pieces in from the front, then pull the springs back thru the holes. I used a tool like this one.

Old brake spring also works as a great tool.
