You going through the rings as well?

Actually I hadn't thought of it. I guess I talked my self out of it when I remembered that the rings partially sit on the wrist pin so it naturally uses oil. Butt some of the connecting rods bearings were down to the copper which I think is weird. I asked at the machine shop and they said the rods should be checked for round. When I got the transmission out the second time I noticed that the intake gaskets were ozzing out again. So I still need to take it apart more fur sure. The farther I look the more I should do.

Intake gaskets oozing out?  Be sure to read my intake installation article to avoid thet ever happening again.

I did not know your stroker had rings that intersected wrist pin bores.

Yeah, this is the 3rd time.  It always looks like it was over torqued. This time I’m going to put in the metal gaskets with the silicon seals around the ports. I use your method of installation. It makes it real easy.

Has some hidden issues  that are FUGLY  but can be worked,, apparently might have been used to do Dukes Of Hazzard jump scenes, NO not me, before my time,  Althought I have thought about jumping over a few creek beds.

Yes, it was a great mini bash! Had a blast and laughed my arse off! It was swell to see all y'all. Once a year is not enough. For me anyway.
