Brand new, in the box, never opened. List price is $335, but as Mr Haney would say, have I got a deal for you! Whaaat, no takers?

Maybe. I don't have a motor. It will be a small block. I don't have a tranny butt I could when the second stimulus check lands. I do have the Daze bracket for mounting what ever goes on it. Is the part you have needed for what I am doing? BTW I haven't gotten around to going through the Mustang Monthly you sent me.

How much will you pay me to take it?

Barry I figure I'll just punt. Um... since I already have a couple of external slave cylinders I'm gonna see if I can't get them bolted up without any header issues. I've got a good feeling they'll fit. If I had any drive I'd fab up a cable

Right?

Well... for anyone following my woes, the thread was mostly self deprecating humor. My CRS must be getting worse as I don't recall sending you a magazine.
This ad seems odd to me. Anyone know if there's a difference between the 6 and 8 cylinder clutch release lever bracket?

C9ZZ, I think the magazines you refer to are a large pile of MM's I sent to you some years ago. Since RPM got re-named Bearing Bob...as opposed to me, Bullet Bob, we have confusion. I now go by BB1 and call him BB2 unless I call him something I can say here...or visa-versa.

I would suggest you stay with the original Z bar 'type' set up because that's what I did. There are a few mods you still have to do to it to get it to work. You'll need to buy a Z bar with the upper lever that will go up and over the Borgeson power steering box. Then modify it to miss casting in the bell housing for the hydraulic or cable clutch. You might want to save it for when MS invents a hydraulic or cable system that works on the 69/70. You also will need to bend the lower lever of the Z bar enough to miss the headers and also to twist it to align it with the push rod for the throw out bearing fork. If you don't have the original type power brake booster you will have to bend the clutch pedal push rod also. Then the Z bar pushes the felt on the nylon bearing that goes into the block out of place, so you will need to put a large area washer between the felt and the bolt head on the side of the bearing. Mine makes a metal to metal grinding noise sometimes when pushing the clutch in. I need to get the brass bullet that goes in between the throw-out bearing fork and the push rod. It is used on the bigger engine cars like the 429. That's not to much work. I did all the research for you.

Thanks BB. Hard to keep all you Bobs apart. Next thing I know one of you is my uncle.
To recap I have the Daze bracket for the clutch master cylinder if I do decide to go the hydraulic route. Where does this release bearing fit in or is there something else?

I think Day's system uses a slave cylinder for a t5, no hydraulic bearing needed.

I kinda thought so. I'm out.
