MS t5 clutch cable

what did I not do correctly? been really busy at my work and haven't had the time to do much work on my 64 falcon. i have the MS clutch cable in the car with the cable in the clutch fork screwed all the way down to the end of the cable and the fire wall nut screwed all the way out I am not getting hardly any movement on the disengagement of thee clutch fork when it's depressed. so what gives?

As I recall on the Falcon Project we were having the same problem and had to make an "extender" at the bottom end of the cable to effectively make the cable housing about 1.5" longer in relation to the cable.  I don't recall what bell housing we were using.

I would advise that whatever you do make sure you set it up so that the firewall adjusting nut is all the way in on a fresh clutch.  That adjuster is so you can adjust for  clutch wear without having to get under the car, so you want to start all the way in.

What Bullet said.   Due to the Falcon clutch pedal being closer to the firewall, you need a round tube that fits into the bellhousing hole that moves the cable housing forward. 
If you contact michael info@mustangsteve.com he should be able to give you dimensions if he still has one laying around.
