My older brother bought a new shiny rangoon red 65 Mustang coupe with the 6 cyl and 4 speed in 1965. I turned 16 that year and took my drivers test in that car. It was more fun to drive than any of the V8 ones around. It was well balanced and did not have the terrible corner entry under steer that turned to deadly corner exit oversteer like the V8s. It was a lot more fun to drive on those West Virginia roads (Take Me Home!) than my V8!!!
