they look good but will they perform?
I bought the PST adjustable last go around on my old car and they seemed to do pretty good only got to drive it a few times before the wreck. They were first on the scene of the wreck pretty much scrap meatal now.
cjponyparts.com has the Scott Drake adjustable strut rods look really good...but as 6sally6 would say it may be a turd just polished a little.
Scott Drake is a hit or miss ya know.

These adjustables. The solid mounted ones, do they jar the fillings out of your teeth on road bumps? I’m sure they all just do the same thing just fine, but price? Yikes. Basically a turnbuckle with a moveable joint on one end? I know some are more a little more sophisticated than others.
TCP = $641.99
Ron Morris = $468.49
Global West = $454.99 or $429.85
Open Tracker = $425.00
Mustang Shop of Arizona = $400.00
Scott Drakes = $323.95
Rosehill Performance = $275.99
Daze DIY info = $110 ish for parts.
SPC with squishies = $69.99

The TCP ones are pretty sweet with the exception of the steering "stop". I'd call it more of a steering "slow" as it is pretty flimsy.

Support one of the good guys.
Contact Steve or Glen at Rosehill Performance.
If they run what they sell on their cars, what more do you need?

For reference, post the PST part number.

Wouldn't trust my car or life to Scott Drake. If the door handles I bought from them end up being @#$% it stinks, but I live to complain about them. If a strut rod fails, pretty much an Alpha Mic Foxtrot situation.

I have a set of Glen’s Rosehill rods on my 66. I am returning them to stock Moog configuration. Mine will be for sale…

May just replace the bushings on my stock rods with Moog Bushings. That would be best I bet.

Good idea, don’t use urethane bushings they have been known to break the strut rods.

I bought SPC rods because of the adjustability and the rubber bushings. They will replace the Global West set on the car now. The GW rods are very well made and have lots of adjustment, but are too harsh for me on the street.

I think Daze has some he makes also!!

I think Glen and Steve both have different type of front suspension… not meaning to detract from parts. Mine work fine. I just don’t like the race car harshness.

Steve are you just gonna put stock ones with the Moog Bushings? or some of the SPC like I had on my old car?

Billy, if one of your strut rods is still good. I wonder if you could get a hold of PST direct and see if they just might sell you just one strut rod. Pretty sure I have seen sites sell LCA separately. Might save some money that way.
